Having trained and qualified in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with GEC Marconi, Jonathan began his Technology career some 20 years ago working as Service Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Sales Consultant, Sales Manager and Director, and Consultant, providing Jonathan with possibly the best real-world experience of anyone in the industry.
Jonathan’s clients and projects have been numerous over the years, highlights of which include visitor attractions, museums, auditoria, cinemas, meeting rooms and event spaces around the world for some of the world’s largest organisations and corporations.
Jonathan has surprisingly well hidden musical talents, including drumming and playing of the piano.
You’ll also never see Jonathan and Anton du Beke in the same room.
With 25+ years of experience across many Audio-Visual sectors, from technical sales and delivery, to detailed design and project management, Chris’ experience is wide and deep. From dark rides and planetariums, to meeting rooms, lecture theatres and auditoriums, Chris brings unique concepts and designs into the corporate world, where we continue to see a growth in specialist spaces.
Chris is Kromers’ in-house pirate and rum aficionado, and is renowned for his incredible passion for technology and his creative vision for its uses. His infectious energy and border-line outrageous laugh brings a priceless energy and verve to every project.
Alex is the glue that keeps the Kromers team firmly on track, and the business straight and true. With a keen eye for detail and an all-knowing tolerance of the idiosyncrasies of Consulting Engineers and Directors alike, Alex is a crucial member of the Kromers team.
Alex’s career started some 28 years ago as Executive Assistant to a range of legal and technology firms including Allen and Overy and IDN London. Alex’s professionalism and innate confidentiality earned her the respect she enjoys, skills Kromers are thankful to be able to rely upon.
When not corralling her fellow colleagues, Kromers is proud to follow her success as a representative of the England Masters O40s Ladies Hockey Team, ensuring her fellow colleagues bestow her just that little more fear-based courtesy.
Kromers is extremely proud to call Dave a member of the team, having lived and breathed Multimedia and Audio-Visual technology for the past 40 years. With Dave’s vast experience as engineer and end client alike, he brings enormous value to all elements of our business and our client’s projects.
Dave makes skilful use of his historical technological knowledge and thorough understanding of today’s current technology platforms, to provide a unique blend of pragmatic yet innovative solutions to our client’s many and varied requirements and challenges.
Dave is also proud to be a founding member of the AV User Group, staunchly supporting their vital industry initiative for some 15 years.
Dave continues to enjoy huge respect throughout the industry, despite being a life-long supporter of Chelsea Football Club.
Gary brings with him 23 years’ experience from a range of business development, strategic and leadership roles across multiple industries. Most recently, his career has seen him focus on employee experience and workspace technology design working with prestigious organisations in the world of finance and asset management.
Gary’s core responsibilities are to help client workforces understand and adopt new technologies and systems as part of the project delivery process, and to design unique solutions for Smart Organisations that push the boundaries of technology experience.

Having been deeply involved in some of the biggest new construction projects the globe has seen, Lee's reputation is unmatched, both in terms of his commercial prowess and his winning charm, having gained and worked with such respected clients as The Royal Bank of Canada, Société Générale, Goldman Sachs, Spotify and Royal Dutch Shell.
When Lee isn't supporting and driving business at Kromers, he enjoys being a husband and father, and practising his horticultural skills on the golf course.
Kromers were thrilled when Rhys decided to join our burgeoning team. With a fantastic reputation within the industry, hard won through years of commitment, drive and determination throughout the globe, few come with such a lustrous resumé.
Rhys' well deserved reputation comes from his wide experience in designing and managing the deployment of huge and complex AV, Multimedia and UC systems for some of the biggest organisations in the world; both as an Integrator and End Client; for Live Events, Corporate and Visitor Attractions. He's a flexible, highly skilled chap.
Rhys is justly proud of his Welsh origins, surrounding himself with his family, ever growing collection of musical instruments, and his out-of-the-box fresh rowing machine.
As Audio Visual Technology Consultant, Andrew's (AJ) experience is legendary, having worked on some of the largest and most exciting AV projects in the world, and for some of the largest and most prestigious organisations in the world.
